Head of Design and User Experience

We're searching for a visionary Head of Design and User Experience to elevate our products to new heights of excellence. The Head of Design and User Experience is responsible for the overall user experience and design. This responsibility involves leading the UX team, creating user-centric designs, and ensuring that products are functional, easy to use, modern, and aesthetically pleasing. The position will be a part of the R&D Strategic management team and report to The R&D Director.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the UX team in creating user-friendly and visually appealing designs.
• Define and implement design standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with the Head of Engineering to ensure that design and UX are integrated into the product development process.
• Conduct user research and usability testing.
• Monitor design trends and advancements to keep the company in front of UX innovation.
• Provide design and UX guidance to engineering teams (SDTs)
• Own and maintain a common Design System

Who believe you have

• Demonstrated experience in leading a UX team, with a proven track record of delivering user-friendly and visually appealing designs.
• A strong background in defining and implementing design standards and best practices to guide design work.
• 5+ years experience in product management with a focus on R&D
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Bachelor degree or higher in computer science, business or related field. Experience may compensate for a lack of formal education.
