Software Developer - AI Innovation & Integration

As a Software Developer - AI Innovation & Integration at Visma Software, your primary focus will be on integrating cutting-edge AI technologies, starting with AI-powered Copilots, into our portfolio of SaaS products.

We believe recent innovation in large language models has the potential to transform how users interact with business systems, and we are looking for more developers to realize that potential for our ERP, Payroll, and BI systems. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Technical Leadership:  Lead in the design and development of AI solutions, beginning with AI-powered Copilots, across our SaaS product range.

• Seamless Integration:  Ensure the seamless integration of various AI technologies into our products, prioritizing excellent functionality and user experience.

• Collaborative Development:  Work alongside product managers and customers to identify and implement key functionalities for AI Copilots. Engage with product development teams to optimize the underlying APIs and data.

• Performance Analysis:  Create and analyze metrics to evaluate the efficacy and adoption of AI Copilots.

• Framework Management:  Develop and oversee a common framework for AI Copilots, using technologies such as Semantic Kernel and Azure OpenAI.

• Industry Awareness:  Maintain knowledge of the latest AI and machine learning advancements, applying them to your work.

Who we are looking for: 

• A well-rounded developer with a deep interest and background in AI, cloud computing, software design, and APIs.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

• A minimum of 3 years experience in software development, preferably with a focus on AI and machine learning.
